Preparation

Always ensure the surface to be painted is free from dirt, dust, grease, and any loose or flaking paint.

• Sand flaking or cracked paint with a 120 grit sandpaper until all loose paint is removed and you are left with a smooth sound surface.
• Repair any holes or cracks or holes with an appropriate filler.
• Surfaces in good condition can be given a light sand with a 240 grit sandpaper.

Application

We recommend performing a test to ensure compatibility, always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin.

• Ensure to thoroughly stir the paint and apply using a synthetic brush.
• Ensure to apply an even coat and finish the brushstrokes in one direction.
• If paint porous surfaces a second coat may be required.
• Allow to dry for 4 hours between coats.
• Surface can be drawn on with chalk after one hour.
